- Streamlined Funding: Funding access for local programs is more streamlined thanks to updates to the Appropriation Act, SEC policy, and supplemental funding processes, easing administrative burdens.
- New tools: The CSA Data Dashboard and Service Gap Survey Dashboard—are increasing transparency and equipping localities with actionable insights on youth services and spending.
- User-Friendly Website: A redesigned website (July 2025), along with a family-friendly CSA Guide and video, has made service information easier for families to access and understand.
- Better Training: OCS now delivers a robust statewide training system, including CSA Conference, Office Hours, and targeted sessions—reaching thousands across the child-serving system.
- Better Security: Website redesign, dual-factor authentication, and required security training have modernized and secured IT systems for greater reliability and user trust.
