Re: 2009 CSA Data Set – Second Quarter Reporting (Year to date through December 31, 2008)

This memorandum is to remind you that the December 31, 2008 CSA Data Set reporting (FY09, Quarter 2) is due by Saturday, January 31, 2009. This is the first data set report for FY09. The report represents actual year to date CSA pool funded service payments for the first six months of FY09 (services from July 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008), and incorporates the revised data requirements. Additionally, expenditure projections for the remainder of FY09 for these children should also be reported.
