Re: CSA Medicaid Reporting – Local Share

This memo is to inform you that our office will be delaying the determination of local share match on CSA Medicaid funded services. This delay is the result of language in both the recent Federal Stimulus legislation and language in the Governor’s Conference Report maintaining the local (CSA) match rate for Medicaid services at the September 1, 2008 level. Once the Governor has signed the Budget Bill and our office receives final guidance from the Department of Medial Assistance on all impacts of the Stimulus Bill, we will commence with capturing the appropriate CSA Medicaid local match rate.
