Re: FY2009 CSA Data Set – Third Quarter Reporting (Year to date through March 31, 2009)

This memorandum is a reminder that the FY2009 CSA 3rd Quarter Data Set reporting is due Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Through the morning of April 20, a total of 34 localities have successfully submitted their third quarter reporting.

This report represents actual year to date CSA pool funded service payments for the first nine months of FY2009 (pool funded services from July 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009). Additionally, expenditure projections for the remainder of FY09 (through June 30, 2009) should also be reported.
