The Office of Comprehensive Services would like to welcome
Dave Nichols as its Technical Assistance Coordinator.

The Office of Comprehensive Services welcomes Dave Nichols as our new Technical Assistance Coordinator. Dave comes to us from positions in Utilization Review at the Department of Medical Assistance Services. He has also pre-authorized services and provided technical assistance to providers through the Virginia Medicaid contractor, West Virginia Medical Institute. Dave holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. He began his career working in inpatient psychiatric and residential treatment facilities. He later served in agencies providing community based case management to persons with physical and mental disabilities.
