The Office of Children's Services (OCS) is committed to providing the highest quality technical assistance to maximize the ability of every locality to effectively implement the Children's Services Act (CSA). OCS has built a multi-pronged technical assistance approach to best meet these needs
The OCS Help Desk is resource that allows anyone to a target="_blank" href="~/Contact/HelpDesk/0">submit a question to seek information and support related to the implementation of CSA. Once a question is submitted, OCS researches the relevant authorities and provides a timely response.
Request onsite technical assistance is available to meet the specific needs of a locality or region. Technical Assistance Requests may be submitted on-line. Each technical assistance request will be reviewed by OCS and, in consultation with the requesting entity, a plan for assistance will be developed and implemented.
If your request is not appropriate for the OCS Help Desk or Request Onsite Technical Assistance, you may directly contact OCS staff for assistance with questions about CSA. Staff members may be reached by phone or e-mail to receive questions, facilitate resolution to concerns, and provide technical assistance to address locality specific concerns.
