The OCS Help Desk is resource that allows anyone to submit a question to seek information and support related to the implementation of CSA. Once a question is submitted, OCS researches the relevant authorities and provides a timely response.
On-site technical assistance is available to meet the specific needs of a locality or region. Technical Assistance Requests may be submitted on-line. Each technical assistance request will be reviewed by OCS and, in consultation with the requesting entity, a plan for assistance will be developed and implemented.
If your request is not appropriate for the OCS Help Desk or On-site Technical Assistance, you may directly contact OCS staff for assistance with questions about CSA. Staff members may be reached by phone or email to receive questions, facilitate resolution to concerns, and provide technical assistance to address locality specific concerns.
